Payment

I only accept payment via PayPal. Paypal payments MUST be made within 24 hours.
If you are an employee of CFN please email me for other options.

Shipping

I ship via USPS priority mail only. If you are an employee of CFN you qualify for free delivery via internal office mail. :)
Most orders will ship within three (3) business days of payment clearing.
I do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Sorry!

Once an item is delivered, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have concerns about this, please let me know ahead of time, and you can purchase insurance or signature confirmation for domestic orders and I will add $1.50 to your invoice.

Please make sure that your paypal and etsy addresses match, or email me with which address you'd like to ship to. If your addresses are different it will slow down your order beacause I will need to email you to get the proper address. Thanks!

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund - (refund will be for purchase price only does not include shipping). Please contact before attempting a return. Unsolicited returns will not be processed. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Item must be returned in original condition and shipping is buyers responsibility.
However, I would prefer to try and make you happy so please drop me a line if you have a concern with your order first and let's see if there is a way to resolve it!
