Payment

PAYMENT: PayPal is used to handle all payments; you don't have to have an account with them, as long as you have a valid credit card.

I use the 'OTHER' payment option only for trades

Shipping

Holiday Ship Dates:
U.S.: 12/18 last day USPS First Class
U.S.: 12/20 last day USPS Priority
U.S.: 12/22 last day USPS Express

Int'l: 12/10 last day USPS Standard/Priority
Int'l: 12/20 last day USPS Express

PlayFamilyHouse will not be held liable for loss and damage of items in transit. For extra security, insured shipping can be arranged at the buyer's expense.

U.S. SHIPPING: All parcels are sent through the USPS with tracking. Small items are mailed First Class. In most cases, shipments will be made within 72 hours of receipt of cleared payment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
International orders ship through the USPS. Any applicable customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

I reserve the right to ship goods as insured/registered mail on a total of $50 and above. Insurance/registered mail fees will be added to the total shipping price.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:
Each item leaves me only after a thorough quality check. Every shipment is sent on its way in a secure packaging to prevent damage or loss.
