At ab.collage, my customer's happiness is a priority. I want you to know that each item was made with creativity, skill, and passion. If you have any questions or special requests regarding an item, payment, or shipping, please let me know ahead of time so that I may accommodate you as best as I can.

Payment

I accept PayPal, checks, and money orders. Please pay within three business days.

Shipping

I will ship upon receipt of PayPal funds. I will ship after checks and money orders have cleared. I ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $5. Each additional item is $1. Express, insurance, international, etc. are additional.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your item, I accept refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase up to the purchase price only (50% for custom orders). The buyer assumes the cost of shipping. I do not offer refunds for items lost or damaged in the mail. I strongly encourage the purchase of shipping insurance.
