Welcome

Thank you for taking time to shop around my Etsy place. I promise to provide the highest quality possible on my items. I attempt to use quality supplies in each piece.

Payment

I will accept Paypal or a personal check. Please send payment immediately if you are using checks. I will allow 5 days for a check to arrive before cancelling the sale and relisting my item.

Shipping

Contact me directly after the sell if you wish to add insurance to your shipping. However, I need to be notified ASAP as there is nothing I can do if the item has already shipped. Items will usually be shipped regular US mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

We look at every situation individually. If you feel you have been wronged by the receipt of a defective item, contact me for a resolution.
