My realistic looking faux cupcakes and cookie ornaments are handcrafted from scratch, using my secret recipe. No food products are used in creating them. I have dedicated a lot of my time and hardwork (...and much love!)in creating my secret recipe, to make each faux cupcake and ornaments realistic and special.

Each faux cupcake is such an eyecandy that it is a perfect decor for you home, kitchen, office, and any other special space. It can also be used as stage/photo props or displays for your coffee shops. They make wonderful centerpieces, too. And who doesn't like cupcakes? Any friend would surely smile with these as unique gifts....they look so yummy and they will never ever spoil nor rot!

Payment

I accept payments via Paypal only.

If paying with E-Checks via Paypal, your item/s will be shipped 3-5 days after E-Check has been cleared by Paypal.

Shipping

1. All items are shipped from the Philippines via International Registered Air Mail for orders weighing below 1kilo, and International Air Parcel for orders weighing 1kilo and above.

2. Shipping will/may take 2-3 weeks of delivery time. Customs checks may also influence the time of delivery.

3. You may be charged additional fees for taxation/duties by your country.

4. For FASTER shipping, I can ship via EXPRESS MAIL (5-7days). Please convo me for additional shipping cost.

5. Orders will be shipped 3-5 days after confirmed payment.

6. Faux Cupcakes CUSTOM ORDERS, will ship after production is completed.

7. If paying with E-CHECKS via Paypal, orders will be shipped 3 days after your E-CHECKS has been cleared by Paypal.

8. No shipping during Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and the following Philippine Holidays:

Refunds and Exchanges

I ship through Registered Air Mail and International Parcels to avoid lost mails.

However, should you have any problems regarding shipping and deliveries, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve such matters with you.

I can only offer refunds (via PayPal) for any wrong orders shipped. Please contact me within 3 days upon receiving your order, for refunds (minus the shipping cost) and exchanges.

If given proper care, these faux cupcakes will last a lifetime. Please take note of the following instructions on how to clean and care for your faux cupcakes.

1. Do not place under extreme heat.

2. Do not submerge in water.

3. To clean fake frosting/icing, dust it gently with a soft brush, or wipe gently with a damp cloth (squeeze out any excess water). You may also use a damp cotton swab for cleaning, just squeeze out any excess water.

4.You may also use a damp cloth or cotton swab to clean the paper/foil cups. Just wipe gently.

5. The printed paper wrapper is waterproof (but not scratch proof). So you may clean it as well with a damp cloth or cotton swab. (Squeeze out any excess water) And just wipe gently.

6. If you do not plan to display your faux cupcakes and will keep them and just take them out on certain occasions (e.g. dinner party, holidays, etc.), please store them in a tight container or box and keep in a dry place. Wrap each faux cupcake in a white bond paper, manila paper, or cookie sheets before placing them inside the container or box. Put packets of SILICA GEL inside the container as well. SILICA GEL will help absorb any moisture build up that may damage your faux cupcakes.

I include a packet of SILICA GEL in each of my packaged faux cupcakes. You may keep those packets for this purpose. Or you may get small packets of SILICA GEL from you local drugstore for free. Just ask for any that they do not use. They usually have a lot of these from their medicine packages. You may also purchase SILICA GEL from your local hardware stores or flower shops.
