Payment

I only accept PayPal payment.

Shipping

Thank you for your order!!!
Items are shipped in a padded envelope to protect breakables.
I will ship your purchase within 2 business days of receiving the payment(excluding weekends and holidays),carefully packaged to make sure it arrives safely. the packet will arrive at your home in about 7 days for Europe and 15-20 days for the rest of destinations.
Remember that your packet is shipped with the Registered Service. This is the safest option and it has a delivery confirmation, it means that if when the postman go to your home there's nobody to sign the confirmation, the postman will leave a notice on your postbox and the packet will remain in your nearest Post Office until you pick it. To pick the packet up you have 15 natural days (including saturdays and sundays) to go to your nearest Post Office, and remember to bring the notice. In case nobody picks the packet up from the post office, it will be returned to me.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, items can be exchanged or returned for full refund (minus shipping costs) if returned in original condition within 30 days. I do ask that you please email me before you return an item.
