At Past Perfect, we love Vintage Clothing. We really do. Everything about it. And when you add the pleasure of sending treasures off to appreciative homes? Perfection. As purveyors of Vintage Fashion since 1992, we show primarily pre 1959 fashions, but we are always happy to offer interesting designs from the 60s to the 80s. We are proud to be members of the eVintage Society and the Vintage Fashion Guild.

Payment

We accept paypal and money orders. Items must be paid for within 5 days of purchase. If payment is not received within that time, the item will be made available to our other customers.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
We use USPS Priority Mail International . All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, we must mark all packages accurately as to contents, type of shipment and value.

Shipping

We pack ever so carefully. We use boxes, we use tissue, we double box breakables like celluloid combs. We ship all our vintage clothing via the USPS's Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We are happy to insure at the buyer's request and expense. Shipment will occur on receipt of money order or Paypal payment confirmation.
We ask that our International Customers use Paypal.com. Due to customs restrictions, we Cannot Ship to Italy.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS
We accept items for refund only if they have been misrepresented by us as to condition or age. The buyer who wishes to return an item must inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving the item. No refunds will be issued until the garment is in our possession and in the exact condition in which it was shipped to the customer. We do not refund either shipping or insurance.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CONDITION
We list condition notes with every item. Mint is a term we rarely use. It means perfect and unworn. Excellent is a condition we strive to have for our items. With this, there may be very subtle signs of wear, and no holes or spots. You will note that when an item is excellent but for a minor flaw, we will state the flaw. Occasionally we will list an item with flaws that we feel is worthwhile, and this will be graded very good with the flaws stated. The older the piece the more likely we are to offer it with some flaws as these older items are getting so hard to come by and have value even if not perfect.

MEASUREMENTS
We measure all our garments flat and give actual measurements, no ease included. Please remember, ease is that wonderful little bit of room that makes a garment wearable, especially in the bust and hips. Very few garments outside of Spandex, strapless dresses and corsets should fit skin tight. So be sure to allow for at least an 1" of ease in the bust and 2" in the hips. Some people measure a garment they already wear and love the fit of to get a sense of what amount of ease is desirable.
