Welcome to Picture That, a beautifully unique way to showcase your photos.

Payment

Payment is due 5 days from purchase. We accept Paypal and Money Orders. We will not start creating your custom order until payment has been received an cleared.

Please note that if you are a resident of California, you will be charged 7.25% sales tax.

Shipping

Since your order is custom created, it is not started until your order is placed. It takes time to get the photos from you, they then have to be sized and printed. The wood for your piece also goes through a multi-step process before we can even start to adorn the pictures. Generally it takes about 2 weeks for us to COMPLETE an order, however when times are busy it may take up to 3 weeks. This does not include ship time which generally takes 2-4 business days for national orders.

**Note** That the 2-3 week time frame to complete an order does not start until we have received your photo/s. We can not create your order without your photos in hand. If you delay sending us your digital files, you further delay the completion of your order.

A note about our works...

Our pieces are not made from sanded decoupage but the raw 1st coat to purposely show its brush strokes and imperfections to enhance its shabby chic appeal. There will be small little flaws in the medium that are picked up from the wooden surface behind and there will sometimes be a few tiny bubbles that come about in the drying process. We purposely leave these as it adds distressed character to each piece.
