Welcome to our shop! We are *physically* located in Boise, Idaho, and currently conduct most of our sales here on Etsy. Custom work is available on request, and if you live in the Boise area, be sure to check out our mehndi & henna, and bindi work. Thank you for shopping with us!

Payment

We accept PayPal only, at this time. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. If you live in the State of Idaho, we will need to charge an additional 6% tax- if you live out-of-state, don't worry about it.

Shipping

All items will be shipped USPS, unless you request another method. We will ship within 2 business days of your purchase & payment- please note that we will not ship until payment is received! (This is just better for all concerned.)We strongly suggest adding shipping insurance- this is available at $1.70 for coverage up to $50, or $2.15 for coverage up to $100, through the USPS, so it's really quite a bargain. Also, we add Delivery Confirmation to our shipments.If you would prefer another method of shipment, please contact us thru Etsy convo, or email us at Heather [!at] LeopardstripesDesigns.com.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will grant refunds only if the item is not as described (i.e., the wrong item is shipped, etc.)- we aren't responsible for losses during shipment. We will package your item(s) as securely and safely as humanly possible, but we know that stuff happens, sometimes. We recommend adding shipping insurance at the time of purchase, to be on the safe side. However, we also want to make it clear that we're not ogres- if there's a problem, contact us- we want you to be happy, and communication is the key. If it's something we can fix, let us know, & we can work on it together! :) Please contact us as soon as you detect a problem- refund &/or exchange requests need to be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will do custom work- just ask us! This applies to jewelry &/or anything else we do- mehndi mix kits, altered-art clothing, etc. Talk to us about what would make you happy, and let's see what we can do for you! ;)
