Here you will find cute, funky, funny and unique goodies! We use a big amount of care and love to make all of them! We have a huge assortment of news and we continue to accept custom orders of jewelry, accessories, art and digital work. All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That is the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos. Enjoy your stay and happy shopping!

• All the jewelry, accessories, art and digital work can be customized as you wish - change colors, quantity, sizes, mix & match and so on, almost everything is possible! - and we also love to make new designs for you! You simply need to contact us by email (it can be a description, an image or both!) and we will tell you if itis possible to be made. Prices are according to complexity and materials used.

Payment

Wear.my.colors only accept PayPal® payments.

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. Any problem or delay, please convo us. All payments must clear Paypal before items will be shipped. If you have any questions or daughts, please contact us before!
If payment is not made within 10 business days of purchase, and we have not been able to communicate with you, the item(s) will be relisted and we will have to give you negative feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping

We ship our goods worldwide!

The shipping cost that is listed in all items is the normal airmail one. If you want to change the shipping method, please mention it on the note to seller when checking out and wait for a revised invoice ^_^ Please notice that we do not take responsability for losses or damages if the items are not send with insurance.
If it is a customized item, that order can take 2 to 4 weeks to be made (we will inform you if that is the case of your purchase)!
Plase note that all items are made by hand and we do not have the customized ones instock. Orders will be shipped always in a appropriate package, protected against damages. You can choose from these different shipping methods (read them above). We will notify you once your order is shipped out. Please make sure that the delivery address you select at checkout is the one you like us to send it to! We take the one Etsy provides and not the one that is on your PayPal!

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS/REFUNDS: We offer money refunds if the item asked is not available and we only accept returns if the customer received the wrong item. In that case the wrong item should be sent back to us to be replaced by the correct one for no extra cost. If for any other reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 5 business days after receiving the item. You will get a full refund if it is sent back unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
SHIPPING COST REFUNDS: if, for our mistake, you pay more than you should for shipping your purchase, and the diference is $1.50 or more, you will be refunded. If it is less, you get a free coupon in that amount.

LOST ITEMS: wear.my.colors is not responsible for items lost once despatched unless shipping insurance was purchased. If insurance was purchased and if the item is lost (allow at least one month) it will be sent back to us by our postal services and we will send it again to the customer for no extra cost. Original shipping cost is not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS: We try our best to protect fragile items however wear.my.colors is not responsible for damages during delivery (execept for insured orders). If your order is damaged contact us telling the problem. If it is something simple we may be able to do a repair and solve the problem.

Additional Policies and FAQs

FEEDBACK: We will give our customers proper feedback once the transaction has been completed and resolved. Negative feedback will be given for non-payment and canceled orders, unless a justification has been given.

PRIVACY POLICY: We use your information only for order/shipping purposes. Payment information it is not shared as it is processed by Paypal - a encrypted and secure way. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

DELIVERY ADDRESS: Please make sure that the delivery address you select at checkout is the one you like us to send it to! We take the one Etsy provides and not the one that is on your PayPal!

Q: Where do you buy your supplies?
A: We buy all the supplies at local craft stores.
Occasionally we do some swaps or get supplies online.

Q: It is possible to have the goodies in other colors/size/etc?
A: Yes! You can ask the items as you wish, usually the price will stay the same. You can ask different colors, sizes, odd pairing earrings, mix & match, and more.

Q: An item is sold out. May I order it?
A: Sometimes sold out items can be re-made if we have the supplies. Please contact us before placing your order to know availability.
