Payment

If you have any problems with purchasing items from my shop and are trying to register a new Etsy account in order to purchase, please email me at: HERBALIST [!at] MASS.RR.COM

** I can't accept Personal Checks, but are able to accept Money Orders or Cashier's Check. If you are using this payment method, please Convo me after your have checked out to let me know you have mailed the payment.

** If you have purchased more than one item, or have purchased with a coupon “code” or during a sale, please send a Convo when you have finished shopping, and I'll be happy to send you a revised Paypal invoice.

** International customers: You are responsible to pay any customs fees or import duty taxes.

Shipping

**PAYPAL USERS~Please Note:
Please take a minute to make sure that your PayPal shipping address is up to date! Due to PayPal regulations, I will ship to your "Confirmed" PayPal address, not your Etsy address, unless you have specifically notified me when you make your purchases!

Refunds and Exchanges

** All purchases are 100% refundable within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges are gladly welcomed as an alternative to refund. Perhaps a different piece will suit you better! Please use care when sending back the pieces; preferably reuse the packaging I sent it to you in.
