Welcome! I have been designing websites for over 10 years and absolutely love it.

SKJ Web Designs Inc is a professional web design company providing design services for small to medium and WAHM businesses. We specialize in custom designs and custom templates for e-commerce/shopping cart systems. We also modify template designs for sites using Joomla.

We design OOAK (One of a Kind) templates for you to purchase and Limited Edition templates (Not sold more than 5 times). These templates are for those clients who would like the look of a professional design without the cost of custom design.

I am now offering website templates. My templates can be used as a stand-alone website or can be integrated in many of the WAHM e-commerce / shopping carts available. Contact me if you need recommendations for compatible shopping cart systems.

We accept payment via paypal or you may contact us with your Mastercard or Visa information.

Shipping

All designs will be emailed.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Templates are either OOAK (One of a Kind) template and thus will only be sold once or Limited Templates (template will not be sold more than 5 times). By purchasing a template, you agree to the following:

1. All of our pre-made templates are available for your use on your personal or business website.
2. Our templates are sold only once if OOAK. Hence, once the template is sold, it will no longer be available for sale or used by our company or any other. If you purchase a Limited Edition template, it will not be sold more than 5 times and thus will not be used by our company or any other after we have reached that limit.
3. The link back to our site in the template can be removed if desired, however you may NOT represent the design as your own.
4. The license grants you USE of the template. However, it does not give you ownership of the template. You are not allowed to re-distribute or reproduce our copyrighted material.
5. You are not allowed to use it on a website containing sexually explicit material, promotion of hatred against any group, or any illegal activity and the site must not contain links to any such material.
6. Violation of any of these terms will result in your loss of license without refund.
