urbanBasement consists of me, Katie, the photographer.
I believe that photographs capture a single moment in time that can never be captured again and that is what makes photographs so unique and special.

Payment

I only accept payments through Paypal. Please note that you do NOT need a Paypal account to do this. When you check out, click the "pay by Paypal" option & you will be forwarded to a secure page. It gives you the option (on the left hand side) to pay using your debit or credit card.

Shipping

I ship within 2 business days after I have been notified that your Paypal payment has cleared. Shipping costs cover packaging and postage. I make every effort to ensure that your item will arrive to you in perfect condition with the least amount of packaging as possible for less waste. I ship from Canada and shipping costs will differ depending on where you are located. If you are interested in having the item shipped to someone else as a gift, please let me know and we can make arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event that an item you receive has been damaged in the post, please contact me right away.
