Welcome to Art That Heals... where you can find healing stones, jewelry, art, tools and more created with the sole purpose of healing in mind.

Payment

Art That Heals accepts PayPal, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Personal Check in US funds. Payment must be received before shipping your merchandise. Please allow 3-7 days for personal checks to clear before I ship. Payment is expected within three days if you are paying via PayPal. If paying by method other than PayPal, please convo me and let me know.

Shipping

Healing items and tools are something to be shared as much as possible, therefore shipping is FREE for all items within the USA and for many items to Canada!

Merchandise is generally mailed out within one day of receiving payment, however I prefer to allow myself three days in case of family emergency, etc. After all... I am a proud mother of six kids and proud grandmother of three! With those odds... it is much safer to allow a couple of extra days, just in case. Due to my work schedule (yes I have a 'real' job too) I rarely am able to ship on Saturdays. For items over $50, insurance will be included in shipping. I ship either first class mail, media mail or priority depending on type or weight of item.

Refunds and Exchanges

My hope is for every customer to have a pleasant experience when shopping with Art That Heals, however I realize that sometimes there is a mistake in communication or other reasons for dissatisfaction. Please email or convo me within three days of receiving product if you are not happy with your purchase. Refunds are decided on a case by case basis and I will let you know as soon as possible from receiving your message that you are not happy with purchase. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping if not happy with product, unless I made a mistake in the listing. Then I will refund shipping for return via PayPal after receiving item in original condition. Full refund will be given for items returned in original condition, within 7 days of purchase.
