Hello All! My name is Amanda and I am the sole creator behind this lovely little shop, Turtle Girl Crafts! Thank you for taking the time to look around my shop!

Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Paypal is the only payment method I accept.

If I have not received payment or note regarding payment within 48 hours of order, I reserve the right to cancel the order and repost any items.

Shipping

I ship everyday, except for Sunday! All items are shipped USPS either Parcel Post or First Class Mail. Shipping costs do not include insurance but do include delivery confirmation

I am not responsible for items lost or damged by post office if insurance is not purchased.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase if you are unhappy or you receive damaged goods. All items must be retuned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. I will not refund shipping costs, or refund costs to ship item back. I pride myself on the quality, and would only sell something I would buy myself! I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If item is defective, I will refund shipping costs to send item back to me for repair or replacement.

Gift packaging available free with purchase! If you are interested in gift wrapping, please let me know when checking out, or convo me!

If you are looking for something custom, let me know! I would love to work with you to create something magical for you! Look at my shop to see what I can do.

Please allow 2-3 days for your items to be created and then shipped. Although sometimes they are already to ship, or they are made much quicker than that. I want to have ample time to make, and ship your item! Thank you!
