Shipping

Shipping in the US:
Beads & jewelry are shipped first class. Can do priority if needed. That cost would be $4.60

International shipping:
All packages are shipped First Class International. Delivery time varies.

I ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Custom made orders usually ship in 3-5 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges:
I photograph and list the items as accurately as possible.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can exchange it for shop credit. Email me immediately so we can make arrangements. Returns/exchanges are not accepted after 14 days of purchase.

If an item needs repair at any point of its life, I do this free of charge. Naftali offers a lifetime guarantee.
