Payment

Payment is due 5 days after first purchase. Paypal only at this time.

Items are shipping in a bubble wrap envelope. Shipping is a flat rate, no extra per purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS:

USA & CANADA:
$3.75 FLAT RATE (uninsured at your own risk)

INSURED SHIPPING IS $6.75 to the USA ONLY.
~This is required for lost or damaged goods. If you'd like insurance please contact me prior to payment.

Canadians wishing to have insured shipping will need to let me know their postal code. It ranges from 8-15 dollars for Expedited or Xpresspost.

OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA :
I will ship outside North America for insured only $9.00

Sugabeads/Sugajewels prides itself on quickly shipping out purchases to its customers so shipping takes place within 48 hours of payment.

Most orders ship either the day of payment or the following day. Buyers please realize that this is as fast as I can ship. Transit time (arrival time) is beyond my control and up to the post office.

Please remember items ship from Canada and when shipping outside Canada packages must clear the border which can take extra time. Also there is no mail in Canada on Saturday or Sunday.

Refunds and Exchanges

INSURANCE is ~REQUIRED~ for loss or damaged goods, if you do not take insured I am not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Also any order over 60 dollars must have insurance. Small packet is available for USA. Canadians please convo with your postal code for rates.

Additional Policies and FAQs

A little about the CANADIAN Postal system:
Our rates are higher than the USPS, we also have to fit our items thru a 20mm slot in order to send it the least expensive way. Items can't be boxed as it will not fit in the 20mm slot.

This why US buyers need to consider Small packet when purchasing. It has insurance and can be thicker than 20mm. I realize the cost a little more BUT you can bet that your items will arrive safely and without damage.

So please consider spending an extra 3.00 for insured shipping when purchasing delicate items.
