Welcome

Okay, here is the fine print. All of the business info you could possible need will be in this page and if there's anything I forgot, just email me! I love to hear from patrons and other shop owners so fill me in with all of your feedback and information!

Payment

I accept Paypal, checks and money orders. If you pay by check or money order, I will wait to ship your order until your payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping

US orders will be shipped out via USPS within 48 hours after your payment is received.

International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

I will send you a confirming email to let you know your package has been shipped.

All orders will be shipped to the address linked with your PayPal account. If you need your purchase shipped to a different location please convo me and let me know.

I regret to let you know that I am not responsible for damage or loss in shipping. Once I've dropped off the package at the post office I no longer have control over how the parcel can be treated. Insurance is always there for peace of mind.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to me! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me or email me at alliebonline [!at] gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of your item(s) to initiate a return. I will happily exchange or refund the price of the item ordered once the item has been returned to me in the original condition. Initial shipping costs to you are not refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am always excited by the idea of a special request. If you have an idea for a piece of jewelry that you think I could help design or make for you, let me know! Or if you like my electroformed work and want a specific shape made just contact me and we'll see what we can do.

Also if you are interested in any type of collaboration I'm all ears. Whatever it is, let's talk. Communication is the key to all of our success.
