Welcome

Thank you for taking the time to visit my store. I hope you come by often and see how the line is developing and growing. I will include information about shows that I will be attending and the latests images of inspirations and stories behind the work. I travel for my job as an art director and therefore collect beads, finding and treasures from all over the country, including Hawaii. I will be happy to share those stories and finds here with you!

Payment

I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars or money order and I will ship your item once payment is received. If you have any issues with payment, please convo me.

Note to CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without signing up for a Paypal account

Shipping

Items are shipped by US mail. Unless you specify otherwise (in "message to seller"), I will combine shipping on multiple purchases. Each item will arrive with an extra seaside surprise. Your item will be shipped within 48 hours of payment (excluding Sundays and holidays). All domestic items are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal. (Sorry, this option is not available for international orders.)

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please indicate to which address you would like your order to be sent in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If your addresses differ and I do not hear from you, I will ship to your paypal address.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact me if you have any issues. I will handle returns on a case by case basis.

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

GIFTS
If you are purchasing an item as a gift and would like it sent directly to the recipient's address, please include the name and address of that person in the "message to seller" area during checkout. I will happily enclose a gift card (with a message you specify) as well.
