i gladly accept pay pal and cashier's checks
please note: you do not need to open a pay pal account in order to use their user friendly service

Shipping

i use USPS parcel post to ship my items to you. if you would prefer another shipping method, please contact me as soon as you place your order and i will be happy to help! also, i am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. shipping does not include insurance or tracking, if you would like it, please let me know. i will ship to your paypal address unless you notify me otherwise .....if this is a gift that you would like me to mail to the recipient, please remember to include their correct mailing address along with your personal message to the recipient. you can include this info in the message to seller box upon checkout!! if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. you can contact me through etsy.....any & all comments, suggestions, hugs & special orders are welcome & encouraged!!!

kind disclaimer: i package my little herb gardens with love and care, however if you choose not to purchase insurance, i can not be responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service

Refunds and Exchanges

your satisfaction with my products is very important to me, if for any reason you are unhappy, i will gladly refund your purchase less shipping charges, if you return it unused and undamaged, postmarked within 10 days of my shipping date

please be aware that colors are displayed slightly different on everyone's computer screen depending on display settings. but trust me, the colors of each painting are wonderful and will look great!
