Welcome and thanks for taking the time to read my policies.

Sanctum Design Studio Policy on Electronic Products:

1. Your design(s) will be yours to use on Etsy or any other web outlet that you wish.

2. I have rights as the designer to show the design(s) to potential clients. This will be as an example only, and will not be used again.

3. DO NOT manipulate the image to be re-sold to someone else.

Sanctum Design Studio Policy on Paper Goods:

Paper goods and artwork are all copyright of Susana Ortiz of Sanctum Design Studio.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks, depending on quantity, complexity, and most importantly, communication. I will do my best to meet your time lines, but I need your cooperation! Custom orders work like this:

● Customer purchases a sample and paper swatches
● Deposit paid
● 1st Digital proof
● Revisions and approval
● Production Begins
● Final Payment
● Order Ships

Payment

Paypal is the only accepted payment method.

Etsy policy requires payment to be made within 3 days, or the sale can be canceled.

For all custom orders, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due before we begin any design work or production. The balance is due before the order ships.

Shipping

Please contact me before sending payment if you would like to upgrade to Priority or purchase insurance.

Most products will ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated in listing. Shipping prices are for USPS First Class and do not include insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

For all custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin digital proofs and production. This is non-refundable.

Time and supplies do go into each design or product, so full refunds are just not reasonable.

In the event of a lost package, please contact us so we can work with you to find it. We highly recommend purchasing additional insurance for items such as wedding invitations, programs, place cards, save the date cards or other bulk purchases.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Most jobs only take about 24 hours to complete.

Custom Orders depend on the amount of revisions, and I try not to limit revisions, because I want you to be completely satisfied with me as a seller.
