Payment

I accept paypal, postal money order and personal checks. If you send a regular money order or check, payment is held for the alloted time in order for them to clear. Then and only then will your item be shipped out. If you would like a commissioned piece, please go to my website www.gypsyhollowcreations.com and contact me through there as I have certain payment options available. Paypal orders ship asap.

Shipping

I ship all orders through the Post Office. Postal insurance is not required but deeply suggested. If a piece arrives broken and you have not purchased insurance, there is nothing I can do about something that is smashed and not repairable. It only cost a small amount and is worth the few extra dollars.Buyers will be responsible for the cost to return an item. Also note that if an item is damaged in transit back to me, I may be unable to fix damage, so please make sure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned about damage or loss. I ship to the shipping address you enter in Paypal. Be sure the Paypal shipping address is correct before completing the transaction.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not give refunds, but if a piece arrives with a small repairable amount of damage, I will repair it free of charge and send back postage paid. There can be no exchanges on One Of A Kind Art Dolls.
