Payment

I accept PayPal only, I think it is the safest way both for you and me. With this method instant payment is required.

Payment is due in a maximum of 3 days; if payment is not submitted the transaction will be cancled.

Shipping

I will ship your Alibli's goods wherever you are!

I will ship your purchase within 3 business days from payment and I will contact you to confirm your parcel has been shipped.
If you place an order on Friday your paket will ship out next Monday; if order is placed on Sunday your packet will ship out next Tuesday.

Be sure your addressis correct; if you don't specify anything different I will ship to your Etsy address.

I will ship with Priority Mail, unless you ask differently (than write what kind of shipping you need -express, insured, tracked, ecc- in the "Message to Seller" section and I will send you an invoice for the difference).

SHIPPING RATES:
Italy: 2.00 USD
Everywhere else: 2.75 USD

If you don't receive your packet within one month from shipping just contact me, we'll come up with a solution together.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the items come to you broken I will refund you as long as you ship it back to me in its original package.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I use only nickel free materials, but, as long as I trust my suppliers, I cant take responsability if anithing weird happens between your good and your body. If you have a severe allergy think twice... and wear only gold.
