Welcome

Welcome to my Etsy Shop. I make all my lampwork beads in my home studio. All my work is kiln annealed and dremel cleaned by me. I am a Self-Representing Artist and a member of the SRA, #C88.

Payment

I accept Paypal and money orders. Payment is expected within 4 days of purchase. If this is a problem for you, please contact me prior to purchasing an item.

Shipping

I ship within the United States by USPS. While I will make every effort to ensure that your beads are well packed and arrive safely, they are still glass beads and subject to breakage with rough handling. I encourage you to purchase insurance, please convo me and I will send you a revised invoice.
If you are out of the United States, convo me before purchasing so that I can determine actual shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is my hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy, please contact me. A refund will be issued once the item is received back. I do not refund sipping costs.
