The shop policies are outlined below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via Etsy 'conversation' and I will help in any way I can.

Payment

I gladly accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Credit card payments may be made through Paypal. Paypal payments are expected withing 3 days of purchase. Personal check and money orders are expected within 10 days of purchase. Personal checks are held for a 7 day clearing period prior to shipping.

All purchases shipped to Ohio are charged Ohio state sales tax for the county to which the package is shipped.

Shipping

All shipments are made via USPS First Class (or parcel post or priority mail if you prefer). All prices quoted are approximate US First Class Rate. Shipping outside of the United States are made using First Class International Mail. Upon reciept of payment, I will send you an email with shipping details. All customs and/or duty charges are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfation with your fiber purchase is very important to me. I recognize that purchasing items online can come with a unique set of issues. If you are unhappy with any purchase for whatever reason, please notify me within 7 days of reciept and I will provide you with details for returning the yarn. Returns must be in original unused condition and shipped within 14 days of recieving the package. A full refund (minus shipping cost) will be issued via Paypal upon return of the puchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Fiber Optics currently has over 150 standard colorways. If there is a color combination you would like to see listed, please contact me. Also, the number of colorways is constantly expanding - we have over 500 custom blended colors in stock and can easily customize colorways.
