Hello! Welcome to the shop. Thanks so much for stopping. I hope you will enjoy the items offered as much as I enjoyed creating them. My goal is to make you a happy customer. If there is anything I can do for you, please let me know.

Payment

I love PayPal. It is secure and convenient for all, so that is currently the only method of payment I accept. You can use check, credit or debit to pay via PayPal. If you use a check, I will ship the order as soon as I receive the confirmation that it has cleared which is generally 3-4 days after the transaction. Thanks for understanding.

Shipping

All items ship the next business day following the transaction unless otherwise stated.

**US and Canada**
The cost for US and CAN shipping & handling that is displayed on each item is for first class mail in a safety padded envelope with deliver confirmation, but without insurance or tracking. If the total order exceeds $100, I will add insurance for no additional cost to you.

**Other**
I will ship anywhere in the world or ship overnight, etc. with prior arrangements. Please convo me with your request and provide the shipping address for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

I make every attempt to make sure my products are high quality and defect free, however, if there is a problem with the product that is due to an error by Tree By Sea, I will be happy to repair or exchange the product at no cost to you up to 30 days from the transaction date. I will even reimburse the standard shipping charge.

If you change your mind about an item you ordered, I will gladly exchange it for any like-priced item in any of my store for a $5 restock/repackaging fee within 14 days from purchase. Shipping & handling will not be reimbursed for this transaction.
