Welcome to The Glass Box Menagerie. My specialty is beaded stem ware and serving ware. All items are made with glass beads and a non tarnish silver plated wire. All of my serving ware pieces are made of the highest quality of 18/0 stainless steel.
Have a special event, wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, dinner party that you want to really make a statement with style, class, and color? We do custom orders in your special event colors.
All of our serving ware and stem ware should be hand washed.
We are always adding new items so make for sure you book mark our site and check back often.

Payment
We accept PayPal (preferred) and Money Orders. SORRY NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Shipping
Once payment has been received, I will ship your item/s within 2-4 days, unless it is a customer order. All custom orders take between 4-5 days from the date of transaction. Please request optional Insurance, I can not be responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or of the speed once it has been shipped.
Insurance is not required but is recommended for your safety.
I carefully pack my glassware in peanuts and bubble wrap. If something arrives damaged please contact me right away. If you want something shipped outside the United States please email me for a quote. Shipping is estimated based on the weight, but packaging costs (boxes, bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, etc.) are also included into the shipping fee!
Local customers if you want to pick your order up you will not be charged shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
If after receiving your item you find it is not as described, please email me within 3 days of receiving your item and we can work something out. Refunds will be original cost minus the shipping. No refunds or exchanges will be given after 3 days of receipt of your item. Return shipping cost will be the buyers responsibility. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover Paypal and Etsy fees. I will not be liable for lost packages in transit.
