Payment

I accept PayPal only(this includes credit cards and e-checks). While opening a PayPal account is relatively quick and simple, you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Simply select "Pay with PayPal" and follow the user-friendly prompts.

Shipping

All jewelry items are packaged in a gift box (handmade findings are the exception) and shipped from California (USA) within two business days of receipt of cleared funds (excludes postal holidays), unless otherwise noted. Because I care about our environment, I may use recycled packaging or pack more than one item in a jewelry box. If you prefer otherwise, please let me know.

Domestic Shipping (US): Shipped USPS First-Class with Delivery Confirmation. Should arrive within 1-3 days. $2.95 first item; additional items free.

Canada Shipping: Shipped First-Class International (Delivery Confirmation NOT available). Should arrive within 4-10 days. $2.50 first item; additional items free.

International Shipping: Shipped First Class International (Delivery Confirmation NOT available). Delivery time varies. $4.50 first item; additional items free.

Insurance: add $3.00 for up to $200 coverage.

Contact me prior to purchase to upgrade shipping (if you require express delivery), or to add insurance.

Reduced Shipping is available for handmade findings and supplies (see listings for specifics).

DISCLAIMERS:
-- I make every attempt to ensure Paypal and Etsy adresses match and to inquire with you if I find they do not. I will ship to the address listed on PayPal if I do not hear otherwise.
-- Buyer is responsible for all shipping and return shipping charges.
-- I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased. I strongly recommend purchasing insurance on orders over $50. Convo me before purchase to add insurance.
-- Please be aware of international shipping policies. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees (ie customs).

Refunds and Exchanges

I aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

I accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be made through PayPal as long as the item is returned unused, and in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping (in the same manner as it was sent). If, for some unfortunate reason, your item is delivered broken or defective, please contact me to discuss repair/replacement options.
