♥ ♥ ♥ Custom orders are always available, so if you have a special event you need a pretty bow for, just convo me and we will come up with a beautiful creation together.


If you see an item you like, but would like it in another color, please ask. Many colors are available, but not all are displayed.

Payment

Money Order payments are requested within 7 business days of purchasing the item. If you pay by money order or paypal E-check, your item(s) will be shipped when the funds have cleared the bank.

NOTE:Custom/special orders orders will not be processed until payment is received in full and funds have cleared.

Shipping

Most items are made to order, I do not mass produce my bows. Due to this, please allow 1-2 days for items to ship. Most of the time, I will get them out earlier. If you need an item rushed, please contact me, and I will do my best to get the item out quickly.

Bows are shipped USPS First Class and are wrapped in tissue paper. Large orders are shipped in a box to prevent being crushed/smashed. I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, and if necessary, more often.

Please note, shipping does NOT include insurance. I am not responsible for items once I have shipped them. If you wish to purchase insurance, please notify me and I will send you a revised invoice to reflect the charge. Here are the current insurance prices per the USPS:

Refunds and Exchanges

Feel free to ask any questions before buying regarding size, coloring, hardware, etc. I take great pride in the items I make, and want you to be as proud to have them.

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your item when it arrives, please contact me to discuss. I will issue a refund (less shipping) or do an exchange. Original item must be sent back at your expense, unworn and unused within 7 days of receiving the item. Once I receive the item back, I will issue your refund or ship your exchange.

Additional Policies and FAQs

♥♥♥♥BOWS: The bows/clips in my shop are made to be worn on the right side unless otherwise specified in the listing. A 'no slip' grip strip can be added to your bows for FREE. No slip is great for babies/toddlers who have fine hair. Please specify at checkout if you would like this added for FREE!

♥♥♥♥Your child's safety is my concern--some of the items in my shop may contain small parts. Always use adult supervision and do not leave children unattended with these items. I suggest removing all clips or bows before your child goes to sleep or naps. ♥♥♥♥
