Payment

I prefer PayPal but I also accept personal checks and money orders.
Paying by PayPal:
Payment via PayPal must be received in 3 days of purchase.
Paying by Check:
If paying by check, please make sure I receive your check within 5-7 business days. Make the check out to
Brooke Syvertsen. I should be getting a DBA account soon but until then just make out directly to meeee.
Please be advised that your order will not ship until your check is cleared.
Paying by Money Order:
Please make sure I receive your Money Order within 5-7 business days.
Items will be relisted if payment is not received in a timely fashion.

Shipping

For right now, I will be shipping all orders via UPS. The shipping charges for each item include insurance. UPS will only deliver to an address, NOT a P.O. Box. If you would rather another shipping service, please convo me before paying so that I can figure out the charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try to describe the items as best as possible. As stated, many of the materials used in my mirrors are upcycled or reused. This may mean that the wood has a distressed appearance or may have paint on the backs. The glass is also typically recycled or hand-cut. Deep scratches will obviously be noted and those mirrors will fall under the "Seconds" catagory at a discounted rate.
IF in the event that you are not happy with your mirror for any reason, you can return it back to me. The return shipping will be paid by you. I will refund the original Etsy bill for your item via personal check or PayPal.
