I have been selling my hand-crafted items for almost 20 years, mostly at craft fairs, boutiques, and the internet. I began selling thru etsy.com because it is specifically designed for selling hand-crafted items... how cool is that! My goal is to create unique, wearable art and home decor items that make you want to come back for more!

Shipping

All items have been listed with a per-item shipping cost. If you plan to purchase more than one item at a time, kindly e-mail me at tiedyejudy [!at] hotmail.com to let me know which items; I will alter the shipping to accomodate the combined total shipping.
As a rule, all orders received are shipped the next business day, so please take care to be sure you are ordering the right size, style, etc. Otherwise, you may have to return the order for a refund. I will send you a confirmation e-mail when I have received your order, and will let you know then when it will be mailed. I send most orders via USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment without penalty - the best way to ensure that you are getting what you want is to review your order prior to submitting it to me. However, if a cancellation cannot be avoided, please contact me by e-mail at tiedyejudy [!at] hotmail.com, or call 928/526-3051. Once an order has been shipped, you may return it for a refund of the cost of the items purchased. However, shipping and handling will not be refunded unless I made a mistake on the order.

Returns
Please inspect your order as soon as you have received it for fit and accuracy. If you are not satisfied, please return items along with a copy of the invoice received. Indicate if you wish to exchange for another size, pattern, color, etc., or if you would like a refund issued. Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipping date. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless I made a mistake on the order.
