Shipping

I cannot be held responsible for lost or missing orders, i always obtain a proof of posting and always ensure that the packages are secure! i cannot give a specific time scale for delivery but hope that you should recieve your item/s within 15 working days after posting :)

Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunatly I do not as yet accept refunds or returns, I ALWAYS check every item before posting so that I know it is being sent in perfect condition as i want every customer to be happy with the quality! :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

Unfortunatly some countries apply custom tax, i cannot be held responsible for this, however, if i believe your order to be of considerable weight i will let you know the weight so you may check for customs charges :)
