Welcome

I like to make CutieFruity's that are fun AND practical. I hate to have stuff I can't use, why would you? I make things my kids and I love and hope that you and your kids love them, too.

Payment

no CutieFruity until I get the looty. aka, no items will be shipped until payment is made. You have 3 days to pay, or make arrangements with me, before I cancel your order. I will attempt to contact you by email before I do. I accept PayPal and checks, or cash with local pickup in the Tri-Cities area. You should be able to pay by credit card through paypal without actually signing up for the service.

Shipping

All packages will be sent by USPS first class mail upon verification of payment. You will get confirmation from PayPal when I have sent your CutieFruity. I prefer to send to the address listed on the PayPal invoice unless you make specific arrangements with me otherwise, like a note to seller at checkout. I will attempt to contact you if the addresses are different. If you desire insurance on your shipment you also should let me know, as this does not some standard. International rates are listed with my items. I cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged by the USPS or the postal service of your country.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to return an item, please contact me. I feel my photos are accurate representations of what is being sold, and if there is any doubt, I can send you more photos and information. If you have any concerns about what you are about to buy, I need to know before the sale.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I welcome custom orders and require payment in full before I make an item. I will work with you as much as you'd like to get it right. Please convo me with your ideas.
