Payment

I only accept Paypal at this time. It's easy to use and can be linked up to either your bank account or credit card. The site is very secure and the customer service people are actually people and not a cryptic recorded voice. If for some reason you can't pay with Paypal and need need need to have something, convo me and we'll see what we can come up with.

Shipping

I try to ship items out two times a week. I ship all of my work securely and with style, I love getting mail myself and feel this is part of the uniqueness of Etsy. All orders shipped within the US are shipped USPS. I always provide a tracking number. If the mail is lost due to USPS, I'm not responsible. International customers should write me before buying so I can figure out how much shipping will cost. Please allow 4-6 weeks for international orders due to customs etc. Mail is a strange thing in our modern times so please be patient for your item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of my work, I don't accept refunds. Think carefully about your purchase before buying. I take quality pictures of my work and provide accurate descriptions for your consideration. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask. I also securely package my items with care and style. I will consider exchanges, write me with your concerns.
