I love working with the natural stones. I hand pick the stones I use. I have to feel excited about them or I just can't work with them. The stones sort of tell me what the want to be. I can't force a design-it has to flow and come naturally, if it's not flowing I simply put those back and pull out some others and start playing! If you purchase something that you aren't happy with I am glad to exchange it for something else, just contact me- A part of myself goes into each piece of jewelry I make and I want you to enjoy it throughly.

Payment

I accept check or money order made out to Kelly Wirtanen. Please send to Po Box 30574, Flagstaff,Az 86003. Item ships when payment is recieved. If you would like to pay via credit card, I accept Visa or Mastercard. You may call me with the card number. I run the card using the system I use at my art shows. 928-606-4934

Shipping

Items are carefully packaged and insured. I ship USPS. Items usually ship within 48hrs of reciept of payment, M-F. The exception to this is if I am out of town for an Art show then it will take a couple of extra days. I include this in the shipping cost listed with the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please call me or email me within 7 days of receipt if you are not happy with your purchase. I am happy to exchange it for another piece or issue a refund (within 7days of receipt and in original condition). If your item arrives damaged please notify me immediately and save the original packaging.

Additional Policies and FAQs

On most custom orders I do not require a deposit. Occationally, I need a deposit for specific materials that I don't keep in stock.
If you are a store/gallery and have a valid resale license and are interested in carrying my work I will do wholesale-again I do not do production work and keep my designs to limited edition and one-of-a-kind. Please call me or email me for pricing.
