Payment
Payment Terms: Payment is accepted via PayPal, Revolution Money Exchange, Google Checkout, US Post Office Money Order and Personal Check. PO Money Order and personal check orders will only be filled once the money order or check has cleared the bank. Payment is due within 3 days of order unless it is a large custom order and payment arrangements are made.
To use Revolution Money Exchange or Google Checkout please select "other" as your payment method and specify in the notes which method you will be using for payment. I will send you an invoice.
Custom Order Payment: Payments for custom orders under $100.00 are due in full upon ordering. The payment is due within 3 days of the order transaction. Custom orders over $100.00 require a $100.00 deposit with the remaining balance due using within the agreed upon date. Custom orders will receive a custom order listing for payment purposes.
Gift Wrapping: There is a $2.50 fee for having your order gift wrapped which includes fabric ribbon, our signature box and a gift tag. Please add the $2.50 to your payment at time of payment and leave a note for us in the notes section containing the message you would like on the gift tag.
Shipping
Our edible items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 2-3 days of shipping if within the US and use UPS to ship edible items to Canada which arrive within 4 days. For this reason shipping on edible items cost more than non-edible as edible are expedited so you receive them fresher.
Local Orders: Orders local to the Huntsville/Madison, Alabama area can be arranged for drop off/pick-up in a public place for a fee of $5 instead of paying the shipping costs. Items such as tall custom cakes which may need to be set up can be arranged to set up for an additional $10-$15 depending on the amount of detail.
Insurance & Confirmation: We require confirmation of delivery on all of our packages shipped. These fees are included in the shipping price. After your order is shipped, you can track it using the code we email you. If you would like insurance on your package, please include a note and $1.70 fee with your order.
Upgrades: If you need a rush order please contact us so we can get the correct shipping price for overnight or next day delivery from the USPS or UPS.
Shipping Days: We ship Monday to Thursday to ensure freshness of edible items.
Packaging: We use boxes which are made from recycled materials and use natural materials to pad your shipment so your order gets to you undamaged.
Gift Orders: Gift orders can be shipped straight to the recipient. Please leave their name and address in the "ship to" field and leave me a note so I know it is a gift order. Lost Packages: All of our orders are sent with confirmation of delivery on our packages. Lost or damaged packages need to be addressed with the United States Postal Service however we will do our best to help you resolve the matter.
Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order for any reason please let us know within 24 hours of the order prior to payment. Edible item orders are filled within 24-48 hours of payment (unless a different date has been discussed) during Sunday to Wednesday, edible orders that have been canceled but have been created are subject to a 40% fee of the total order.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on edible items and for this reason only items that will maintain freshness are shipped. For non-edible items we offer store credit, however we need a digital picture sent to us of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery and the item must be returned at the buyer's shipping cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs
* Rush Orders: Once you have placed your order if you need to change to a sooner date a rush order fee of $15.00 USD must be paid before the order will be rush created.
* All items are made in our home which is smoke-free/drug-free. Our home is pet friendly but we're neat freaks so our much loved cat is not allowed in the kitchen or area we happen to be crafting/packaging in at the moment.
* We heart the earth so our home is stocked with energy saving appliances, eco bulbs and we re-purpose/reuse/recycle and buy recycled and organic as much as possible. Look for all organic items in our shop from time to time.
* Edible products are made in a kitchen which also uses milk, wheat and nut products.
* If you own a small shop or perhaps a little cafe somewhere and would like to purchase edible or non-edible products on a regular cycle from us, please contact us to make arrangements and we'll be more than happy to fill your order.
* All edible items are made to order!
