Payment

Prices are based upon the amount of time, effort and materials that have gone into each item.
At the moment I only accept PayPal, as I don't like risking cash and cheques in the post.

Shipping

When I have recieved your payment I will post the item in 1-3 working days.

The item will generally be wrapped in tissue and posted in a padded envelope, depending on size and fragility.

Note: I do not know exactly how long it will take to ship outside the UK. If your item hasn't arrived, please get in touch.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because my items are handmade and often made from recycled materials, each will be slightly different and may have a few small imperfections which I think add to their appeal. However, if you have any issues with the quality of your purchase, or it has been lost or damaged in the post, please get in touch with me to discuss the problem.
