Payment

Payment is always in Canadian or US funds

Paypal and Money Orders are both acceptable methods of payment. Items will not be sent until payment is received and cleared.

Shipping

No shipping charges :)

If you leave your email address in a convo or msg to seller box, your banner will be emailed to you within a day of your purchase

Refunds and Exchanges

Custom orders may require a number of convos back and forth before we get it just right. If you are still unhappy with your custom banner for any reason, convo me and if we still can't get it straight you will be refunded.

Unfortunately pre-made banners are non-refundable so please make sure you have chosen the one you are happiest with. Although there are certain exceptions to every rule...
