Welcome

Located in sunny Southern California, I draw inspiration from the local relaxed beach lifestyle, but with an elegant LA urban twist. I like to use vintage components in my pieces, and also natural elements like semi-precious stones, shells or pearls. Many of my pieces are understaded, which I think is a reflection of the laid back Southern California style. Each heirloom is handmade with only the highest quality materials, allowing for a collection infused with style and versatility.

Payment

I accept personal check, money orders, Paypal & Propay (credit card processing for those who don't like Paypal). Please be advised that for items paid by check or money order, your heirloom will not ship until payment is recieved and cleared. Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase (or notification of mailed payment), or the item will be relisted. Thanks!

Shipping

I lovingly handpack all purchaes and ship via USPS first class mail. If you require faster shipping, please let me know at the time of purchase and I can adjust your invoice accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to love your Urban Heirloom purchases. I realize that every now and then something doesn't work out the way you expected. I will always handle your return graciously. Returns in a new and unsued condition are accepted within 7 days for a full refund. Returns made after 7 days will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase price. All custom/reserved listings are non-refundable; however I will do my absoulte best to work with you to address any issues you might have with a customer order.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All purchases include a hand stamped card, and are gift wrapped in an Urban Heirloom box with black satin bow. A gift note can also be included if you would like the package shipped directly to a recipient...just let me know!
