Payment

We accept paypal, U.S. checks, and money orders. Checks must clear before the order is shipped.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS. Insurance is upon request of the customer. Grizzly Mountain Soaps is not responsible for lost or damaged orders. We ship on Tue. and Fri.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of handmade soaps, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please feel free to contact us.
