Shipping

With all shipping we are not responsible for it lost in the mail. We suggest you buy the insurance please convo us your request before your purchase, we will adjust the price for you.

Domestic Shipping:
United States Postal Service first class mail.
Orders are processed and ship via USPS First Class Mail ($3.00) within 2-3 business days after payment has been received.

Please make sure your paypal & etsy shipping address match otherwise there could be a delay in shipping.


****International Shipping****
Right now is Canada & UK.
We are expanding are international shipping. Convo us if you are out of our area.

Orders ship within 3-4 business days. After payment has cleared.

All International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Insurance is not available with this option. Items shipped via USPS First Class can not be tracked.

We can not be held responsible for packages sent via this option.

If you prefer that we ship your package another way with insurance please convo us first so a shipping price can be adjusted.

We are not responsible for packages that get stuck in customs, as can sometimes happen. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees, VATS and taxes that may apply.

Please note International order may take longer to arrive.

We will always Convo you if there is going to be a longer delay in your shipping domestic & international.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and/or exchanges can be made within 7 days of the purchase. Contact us asap if you feel you need to return.

Please contact us immedialty if you have any questions concearns.

Shipping the returned item to us will be the Buyer's responsibility.

We reccomend that any returns made to us are fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information.

Once we have received the item(s) (in perfect condition) I can refund the cost of the item(s).

Shipping charges will not be refunded. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back to me, I will not be able to refund you.

You will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim.

All refunds will be made to the original purchaser. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and is at my discretion.

NOTE ON JEWELRY SIZES:
This is General Chart to help you pick the right necklace or customize the necklace to your size:

COLLAR: 13 TO 17 INCHES. Usually lays snugly around the middle of your neck

CHOKER: 14-17 INCHES. Usually around the base of your neck.

PRINCESS: 17-19 INCHES. Usually meets at the top of breast bone, perfect for high necklines or plunging neckline outfits.

MATINEE: 20-24 INCHES. Longer, looks nice with business dress.

OPERA: 28-36 INCHES. Opera length usually worn as single strand or higher double strand.

9 INCHES: MALE WITH LARGER WRIST

We will try to work with you to get the perfect fit. Tip on how to measure your wrist, works best if you have someone help with the measurments.

Wrap a flexible meauring tape or paper/string around your wrist right above the bone. If using the paper sting method, mark it where the ends meet then measure it with a ruler. If your wrist falls between quarter inch increments, round up to the nearest quarter inch.

You can add 3/4 -1 inch for a more comfortable fit depending on how loose or tight you like your bracetes to fit.
