Welcome to my shop Elysium Bath and Balm. I love using beautiful ingredients to make my products so you skin will Look, Smell and Feel Beautiful.

I make all the products I sell from scratch, using the finest raw ingredients. My soaps are made using the cold process method, creating a gentle, moisturising soap.

Ingredients for each product are listed with each item listing. All products come packaged with ingredient and usage information.

Payment

Payment by Pay Pal is preferred. I also accept payment by Cheque and Money Order, orders will not be shipped until funds are cleared.

Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Orders over $100 will be sent Registered Post.

Shipping charges are calculated for shipping to the eastern states of Australia.
Shipping charges to other regions will be calculated and emailed to you. Any excess shipping charged via Etsy will be refunded.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry no returns on body care items due to the personal nature of these products. If you have a problem with your order please contact me and I'll find a way to resolve it. Thanks.

Wholesale Inquiries from Australian businesses are always welcome. Please contact me on sales [!at] elysiumb.com.au and provide your Business Name and ABN and I will send wholesale policies and pricing information.

I happily do custom soap orders. Custom soaps require a 18 bar minimum with 50% non-refundable deposit up front, and the remaining 50% payment at the time of completion. Turn around for custom orders is 4 weeks.
