I recently discovered the joy of creating and designing handmade jewelry and would like to share my favorite creations with you.

If you have anything you saw that you would prefer in another color or perhaps in another style (i.e., earrings or magnets) I will be happy to customize your order for you if I can! Just ask me! :-)

Payment

Paypal is preferred! I can also accept Singaporean, Australian, or some American bank transfers @ no additional cost. Just convo me to ask me about it.

If you're banking with an institution not in the three aforementioned countries, there might be some transfer fees that you may have to bear. Nevertheless, please convo me to ask me about it.

Note that all prices on Etsy are in USD. I use http://xe.com for all currency conversions.

You have three (3) days to pay for your purchase(s). After which, I reserve the right to cancel your order(s).

Please contact me if you have any questions about payment methods.

Shipping

I will make sure that all orders are shipped within three (3) working days of payment. If there are any possible delays (e.g., I'm out of town), I will let you know!

International shipping should take between 4-8 working days (depending on which country you're in. Asia -- about 4 working days; North America between 6-9 working days). Local would be about 2-3 working days. So don't hesitate to shop with me! I can also do expedited shipping upon request and additional payment but note that it can be quite expensive (up to USD30 for express AusPost to international destinations!!).

I will not be responsible for the losses or delays of packages. However, in the unfortunate event the package is lost or taking forever to arrive, please still let me know.

For international customers, I always include customs forms on packages. Please note that you will be responsible for your country's customs/VAT fees or import duty taxes. The customs form will state the approximate cost value of the items purchased.

Expedited shipping is available upon additional cost. However, note that this is pretty high for international shipping (up to USD30!!).

Please note, too, that I do NOT make any money off shipping. All the shipping prices include materials like padded envelopes, postage costs, bubble wraps, packing tape, etc. I do not include my labor costs in this process - it's a free service to thank you for shopping with me. :-)

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let me know if there is something that you are unhappy about or unsatisfied with. Sometimes items look different on screen than in real person and that's the tricky bit about this business!
I want to make your shopping experience with me a satisfying one and will try to make it right so I'll try to send you a replacement or refund your purchase (minus shipping cost) if you would let me know. :-)
