Payment

I accept Paypal, money orders and cashier's checks made out in US dollars. If you chose to pay via money order or cashiers check the address will be available after checkout.

Paypal allows you to pay with your credit card or Paypal balance if you have an account with them.

Please pay within 3 days of purchase. (notification of payment pending in the case of money orders, etc...is fine.) If you will need longer please contact me, I'm more than willing to work with you, but I will not be able to hold items indefinitely. Any items purchased but not paid for within the time period, and if no further information has been provided, will be restocked and you will have to purchase them again.

Shipping

All items will be boxed and shipped in a bubble envelope or a box with packing materials when necessary.

If you are buying a gift I'm willing to ship the item directly to the recipient.

Please note that the shipping box, envelope or packing materials are often recycled. If you need your items shipped in all new materials please contact me prior or during payment.

Domestic (within the US):
I aim to keep my shipping and handling charges reasonable, therefore I ship via First Class Mail when possible, or Parcel Post. All packages shipped domestically will have Delivery Confirmation as part of the shipping cost.

International:
I ship via First Class International Mail. Shipping via the USPS does NOT allow for international package shipping.

Insurance is optional on purchases below $50 (between the two shops and before shipping). Please let me know if you would like your packages insured. ALL orders over $50 will be insured, unless otherwise notified.

If you would like your items shipped via a different carrier, (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) please contact me prior to purchase with your address and any shipping instructions you have.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact me via Etsy or email.

All items must be returned in ready-to-sell condition with it's original packaging. Any custom work involving personalization (dates included) can not be returned except in the case of an error. Shipping fees, both return and original will not be refunded.
