Hi.

You've found Randys etsy store. Randy is too busy drawing to run his shop so I'm doing it for him. You can find my etsy store here: http://ohsoretro.etsy.com. Due to the nature of our items shipping can not be combined between our shops.

Payment

PAYMENT should be made through PAYPAL within 3 days of purchase. A reminder will be sent out on the 4th day and the transaction will be canceled if no payment or communication has been made after 7 days.

Shipping

All items will be mailed within 3 days of payment. You will receive an email confirmation the day your order is ready to ship.

Canada: Orders will be sent letter mail and should take between 5 - 7 business days to arrive. Larger orders will be sent parcel post and will arrive within 5 - 10 business days.

USA: Orders will be sent by Light Packet (Air Mail) and will arrive within 10 - 15 business days.

International: Orders will be sent by Light Packet (Air Mail) and will arrive within 10 - 20 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me to discuss the problem! I am happy to work with my customers. You will be issued store credit or given a replacement item at your choosing. You will pay to return the item to me and I will pay to ship the new or replacement product to you.

Items that appear lost in the mail are usually just lazy and can take upwards of one month to arrive outside of Canada. If a month has
passed and your order has still not arrived please contact me to make alternate arrangements.
