Custom orders can take up to a week to finish or 2 weeks if I need supplies when you order. Just depends on the size, if supplies are being waited on and how many orders have to be filled ahead of yours. To get a more accurate time frame, send me a convo. Many orders are finished within 48 hours.

Need a button style or product in bulk? Have an idea, request or need a color? Send me a convo and i'll see what I can do! All buttons can be custom.

If you need more information, or have questions about anything stated in my policies, please send a convo my way. =D

I will respond to all conversations within 24-hours and probably way less, unless I am out of town. Whenever I am on vacation of out of town, it will be clearly stated in the front of my store, and on my avatar.

Packages will be sent as soon as payment is received. If the order is custom it can take between 1 to 7 days to get it in the mail depending on the size and how many orders are being filled. (Unless there’s a holiday, I’m out of town, or I’m out of supplies and waiting for more_. Many times, custom orders are filled within 48 hours. Convo me to find out the exact time frame for the current moment.

If you are a buyer from CA, your purchase will be hit by an 8.75% sales tax rate. Sorry that I live in such a high sales tax area haha.

Payment

Payment & Methods

I hope you will pay as soon as you place the order, and definitely within the given 3 day limit.

Google Checkout- I now accept Google Checkout. To pay select the "other" option upon checkout and I will email you the invoice and then you can pay.

Paypal- This is the safest and easiest way to make a payment. It’s fast, and you can use it without a Paypal account. Simply say that you are going to use Paypal and then when you go to the Paypal site to pay, you can use your card with no account.

No other forms of payment are accepted at this time.

Shipping

Shipping

I prefer that your shipping address match the Paypal address you use. This is to keep things safe.

Please note that my shipping prices include the actual shipping cost .30 cents for packing material and in cases of heavy items or big bulk custom orders, insurance.

Upon receiving cleared payment, I will send out your item within 2 business days unless it is custom, holiday or im on vacation or sick. If there will be a delay I will let you know.

The time it takes for the item to get to you could vary. I can not control the length of shipping time, but I do hope that it will get to you at a reasonable speed which is why I will send it out a.s.a.p. I tend to finish custom orders super fast unless I’m out of supplies and waiting.

Returns & Refunds

If something happens please convo me because I want you to be as happy as possible and will do what I can to fix the situation. If I decide to send a refund, it will not include shipping. If something happens to your item, please let me know and we can talk about the details and find a solution.

I do not accept returns because your order is either custom, or something small that wouldn’t be worth it to you to do a return. Please convo me if there is something wrong.

International Customs

When shipping internationally, I am not responsible for any extra fees that may incur from your end. You are responsible to know the policies of where you live, and must yourself pay for anything that you may be charged extra for upon picking up your package.

I will not lie on shipping forms, and please do not ask because it will become an uncomfortable situation. It is not a gift that I am giving you, and I don’t want to somehow get in a lot of trouble for lying. I hope you understand.

See something in my shop that you like? All magnets and buttons can be custom made. Send me a convo to work out the details or get more information. Also, all things made with buttons can be made custom.

Feedback

Here on Etsy, we love feedback. I will send you feedback after payment is received and the whole transaction is completed, and I hope after you get the package, that you will send me feedback too. If something is making you want to leave a non-positive feedback for any reason, please don’t leave the note, convo me so I can help to make the situation a positive first. =D

Feedback I leave for you: The only way I would leave you negative feedback is if you have not paid within 3 days and have not responded to any convos I have sent regarding your delayed payment. If 3 days has passed and nothing is received and you have sent no explanation, the order will be cancelled. I assume that I will never have to leave anything negative. :)
