Payment

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MY SHOP IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON PAYING FOR AN ITEM... Not only is this common courtesy, it's also part of Etsy's policies!

At this time, I only accept PayPal... For a time I was accepting cheque and money order, but payments were taking way too long to arrive... So PayPal it is friends!

Orders will be cancelled it PayPal payment has not been received in 24 HOURS (unless we've made other arrangements)! Please send me an email if your having issues with PayPal... Don't just leave me hanging, waiting for payment!

Shipping

NEW FLAT RATE SHIPPING! $3.75 to Canada, $4.75 to the US and $6.75 anywhere else! Buy as many items as you'd like and pay one flat shipping rate!

Shipping emails are sent to your PayPal email address after shipment has occurred!

Please note: In order to keep shipping costs low, I ship regular mail with Canada Post. Shipping charges cover regular surface mail which does not include insurance or delivery confirmation. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include insurance and delivery confirmation, PLEASE CONTACT ME. The cost will be an additional $5 that will insure your package for up to $100 and ensure that the package can be tracked if lost. I will send you the tracking number after your package has been shipped. If you do not upgrade, I will have no way to track your package should it go missing. Shipping from Canada to the US and internationally NORMALLY takes 4-12 days, but it can take up to 4 weeks (although this is VERY unusual).

I ship on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS ONLY. If for some reason I am not able to do this, I will send you a message! I also send shipment confirmation emails to all my customers to let you know that your order is on it's way!

If you would like me to ship your order to someone else (say as a gift), I will wrap it accordingly and send it to the required address... Just send me a message in the "Message to Seller". I will wrap the piece nicely and include a note, if you'd like!

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send me a message and we can work it out from there! When I spend my hard-earned money on something, I want it to be perfect... I'm sure you feel the same way!

FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS...

You may return an item within 10 days of receipt... If you would like to return an item it must be unworn and mailed back to me (at your expense)... Once I have received the item back in perfect condition, I will refund you the cost of the pieces (not shipping)...

If a piece is broken when it arrived (that happens in mail sometimes) you may send it back to me for repair and I will ship it back to you at my expense!

Pieces that are broken after wearing cannot be returned! Keep in mind that my jewellery is HANDMADE with open link chain and jump rings... All of which can break if not treated carefully! Once a piece has been worn, it cannot be returned!
