Payment

I accept payment only via PayPal. I live in a rather remote location where there are no banks and no cash machines. Using PayPal makes online selling possible for me.

Shipping

I ship only via Priority Mail. (UPS doesn't exist out here, and Standard Mail isn't reliable enough.)

The mailboat comes to our island three times a week, (Mon, Wed, and Fri) and packages have to be handed to the Postmaster by 12:15 pm on those days. So, if you ordered something at 12 noon on a Monday, I would not have time to package it up and bike to the Post Office in time to get it into Monday's outgoing mail -- so I'd ship it on Wednesday.

My policy is to ship all items out on the next mail boat that I can reasonably connect with. It is never more than 2 business days from the date of your order.

My shipping rates on the Cedar Spirits are as modest as I can make them. My actual postage cost to ship to the east coast is $8.25. I charge $8 shipping, so I actually lose about a dollar on the transaction because my boxes cost me about 75 cents. My west coast postage cost is $6.80, so after paying for the box I clear about 50 cents. Hopefully these will average out.

I don't normally send things with delivery confirmation, because I really don't want to raise my shipping charges to cover the 65 cent cost. I trust that my customers will be truthful about whether or not they receive an item.

Refunds and Exchanges

I guarantee what I make. If it arrives damaged, or in any way doesn't meet your expectations of quality, I will refund your money. I am grateful for my customers' interest in my art, and I strive to make their experience a fulfilling one.
