Welcome

Thank you for your interest in my work. My aim is invest my creative energy (emotional, physical, spiritual, intellectual and relational) into to the process of art making, and to share it with others by finding homes for what I produce that will bring lasting joy and pleasure.
I try to work in a sustainable manner, sometimes by re-cycling old materials and also being careful to dispose of artistic waste properly. This is an important part of the creative process for me; art as part of my life and lifestyle (the lifestyle I aim for.)
My work is created in a smoke free and pet free environment.

Payment

Payment to be made in full before the Work delivered.
Paypal only from outside the UK.
Paypal is the preferred means of payment for UK buyers. UK buyers can also pay by postal order, cheque or by direct transfer.
N.B some payment methods take longer than others which will inevitably delay delivery.

Shipping

Items will be packed professionally, usually within a sturdy double layered picture frame box and sent within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment. Shipping fee includes transit cover.
Where possible a tracking number will be provided and I will confirm when the item has been dispatched.

N.B. Imported goods may be subject to import duties and taxes which will need paying before parcels will be released for delivery. If customs in the destination country impose charges, I am not responsible to pay those charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that you will be fully satisfied with the painting you have purchased and I'm just here to answer any ongoing queries you may have. If however you wish to return it, then full refunds (price and shipping) will be made upon safe return within 14 days according to your statutory rights governed by UK law.
However I request that you be responsible to pay the return shipping fee as I can't absorb those costs presently. The painting should be re-packaged in the same way with the same packaging as it was sent in, and sent back by airmail in the same condition it was sent to you in.

N.B please bear in mind that there may be slight colour variations between the original art work and its appearance on your monitor.
Loss/damages:
Please notify me immediately in the case of lost or damaged items so we can work on a resolution. In the case of damaged items please retain all packaging in order to process a claim and note the condition of the package on the form when signing for it.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Ownership:
Ownership of the Work is retained by the Artist until the Buyer has paid for the Work in full.
Copyright:
The Artist will retain copyright and all reproduction rights in the Work.
Moral rights:
Right of Paternity: The Artist hereby asserts his/her right to be identified as the author of the work whenever the work or an authorised copy is exhibited in public. The Buyer agrees to bring this assertion to the notice of anyone into whose possession the work comes, including any later purchaser.
