Thank you for considering a purchase from Octopedalarts! We want you to be happy so please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Payment

Pay Pal, Money Order, Personal Check. Please mail payment same day order is placed. We expect to receive payment within 7 days.

Shipping

All items will be shipped First Class. If you pay through Pay Pal we will ship your item(s) within 1 to 3 days. If you pay by check or Money Order we will ship your item once payment is received.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only accepted if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping is not refunded. All returns must be in exact condition as when they arrived. Custom orders are not refundable nor is the deposit made on custom orders.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We are open to custom orders if they are within our means, don't hesitate to ask! All custom orders require a deposit of 50% which is not refundable. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
